Booking Conditions Three (3) night minumum stay. All rates are quoted in Australian dollars - AUD. The rates quoted are for up to two guests per one bedroom apartment, and up to four guests per two bedroom apartment. Extra charges apply for additional guests. Rates are subject to change without notice. Deposits are required on all bookings, with the balance of account payable on arrival. Check In: 2.00pm Check Out: 10.00am Cots and Highchairs available for hire. Rollaway Beds available for hire Extra person - $37 per night, $137 per week Cancellation Policy If a booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full less an administration fee of $100.00. If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $100.00 will be deducted from the deposit prior to any refund refunded. Confirmed Bookings A tentative booking will only be held for 48 hours. Please confirm within this time. A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. A deposit of $200.00 will confirm a one-week booking. The balance of the tariff is due on arrival (or such other time as stated). 14 days notice is required to change the planned departure date once you have arrived, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for those 14 days. An administration fee of 100.00 will be charged. Whilst every effort is made to meet your requirements, unfortunately we cannot guarantee particular apartments. The Mews reserves the right to assign an equivalent unit for a confirmed booking in the event that the unit originally allocated is not available.
